Wild Wonder Forest Bathing: A new service Jen provides as a Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide. Forest Bathing slows us down to nature’s pace — leisurely and attentive — exploring what’s right in front of our senses. Spending time in natural places improves our physical health and mental wellbeing. Walks are throughout the seasons, on Thursdays from 2 – 4:30 PM and Saturdays from 8:30 – 11:00 AM. Registration required. Other walks available by appointment. To schedule a walk.

SOME OF JEN’S RECENT PUBLICATIONS: A Dangerous New World: Maine Voices on the Climate Crisis, an anthology of work by 65 writers and 20 artists. A many-layered and complex mosaic of voices and visions as told through the eyes of lobstermen and clammers, forest walkers and birders. Published by Littoral Books with a foreword by Governor Janet Mills. All profits to be donated to 350 Maine. To order.

Sacred Stone Sacred Water  ~ Writers and Artists Encounter Ireland, an anthology of poetry, essays, photography, and art about the mysterious pull of Ireland. Three of Jennifer’s prose poems are featured. Published by White Cloud Press, you can order your copy here, or from your Indie bookseller.
